- Free shipping on orders shipped within the United States.
- LMI intakes: flat $35.00 shipping charge per intake.
- We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Processing & Lead Times
Many parts ship directly from the manufacturer, so ship times depend on stock at the time of your order. If an item is backordered we will contact you with an updated estimate. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Made-to-order products: all LMI intakes are made to order with an average lead time of 1-2 weeks.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us right away with your order number and photos of the box and part so we can file a claim and make it right.
Returns
- New, unused and uninstalled items in the original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Contact us for a return authorization before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom made and made-to-order products, including all LMI intakes
- Items that have been installed, modified or damaged after delivery
- Custom tunes, tuning services, PCM unlocks and programming services once performed or delivered
Warranty
Products are covered by each manufacturer's warranty. Contact us and we will help you with the claim process.
