SSP's full “Max Effort” Refresh includes all the latest updates no matter how old the unit. We even offer our billet upgrade options to you at a discount.
With Sipple's Simple Shipping we make sending in your transmission for refresh a breeze. We know it's a pain, so we've taken care of the details, all for one flat rate.
The answer to that question depends on how hard you are on it. For the average racer every 2-3 seasons is fine. If you are a track rat beating on your sled a lot, then we recommend getting your trans refreshed every season.
The billet input shaft is is made of billet steel vs OE standard material with substantial improvements in oiling and fit over the OE shaft.
The billet input shafts have been tested to 2100 HP so far with zero stress wear.
Billet input shaft is available for the HP70,75,90, and 95 “Max Effort” transmissions.

As the power increases north of 1000 wheel HP the flexplate does just that, flexes to a point where the mounting flange on the factory converter cracks and breaks apart. This issue is becoming more common as these units age and power increases.
The billet mounting pad was developed to mitigate this issue.
The factory mounting plate is removed and the billet pads are tig welded into place and then the converter is balanced to ensure smooth operation.
This option will add a 2 week lead time to your order.

For one flat rate we take care of all the details: shipping crate, pick up, and delivery. No surprises, no hidden shipping fees.
Choose Sipple's Simple Shipping Option and we will send you a crate to protect your trans to and from SSP. The crate is sturdy, yet quick and easy to assemble. After you receive your refreshed trans back, you can keep the crate.
We will schedule your transmission for pickup, and then deliver it safely back to you once it's been refreshed.
