Overview
Improve the sound and performance of your 2015–20 Chevy Tahoe and GMC Yukon 5.3L with premium long tube headers from Stainless Works. American-Made and engineered for the EcoTec3 V8, these headers feature 1-7/8" primary tubes that are CNC mandrel bent to increase airflow, and engineered to create maximum power.
These headers come with 3" slip-fit collectors, as well as high-flow catalytic converters that flow into 3" lead pipes. Available in Factory Connect or Performance Connect options to match your build.
Built from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded for strength and durability at our state-of-the-art facility in Streetsboro, Ohio — engineered for long-term performance.

What connection options are available?
Factory Connect fits the 5.3L engine only and bolts directly to your factory exhaust. Performance Connect requires a Stainless Works Performance Connect catback and fits both 5.3L and 6.2L engines.
