GEN 6 3.0L WHIPPLE SUPERCHARGER KIT
The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit delivers serious twin-screw performance for 2006-2010 Dodge Challenger, Charger, Magnum, and Chrysler 300 6.1L HEMI applications with the airflow, cooling capacity, and complete-system engineering expected from Whipple. Built for customers who want strong street performance, instant boost, and a fully engineered 50-state legal package, this system brings modern Whipple supercharging to the 6.1L platform with the broad torque curve and immediate response that define a positive displacement upgrade.
At the center of the system is the Whipple Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger with an integrated Crusher™ 112mm round inlet. The larger front-entry inlet and Gen 6 rotor package are designed to support stronger airflow and improved efficiency than smaller factory-style combinations, while delivering the instant throttle response and usable powerband Whipple systems are known for.
Cooling is a major part of the Whipple advantage. The patented dual-pass intercooler system uses massive air-to-water bar-and-plate intercoolers to help control charge temperatures under load and support more consistent performance. Paired with the oversized heat exchanger and high-flow intercooler pump, the system is built for better recovery and repeatable performance in real driving conditions.
This kit also includes the supporting hardware needed to match the capability of the supercharger. Hellcat high-flow injectors, billet fuel rails, fuel pump voltage booster, and the supplied HP Tuners RTD flash-tool workflow are all part of the package. The system uses the stock throttle body with a supplied throttle body adapter, giving the 6.1L platform the airflow and calibration support needed to match the larger 3.0L Whipple system.
Whipple has led the twin-screw supercharger market since 1987, and that experience shows throughout the Gen 6 platform. Designed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA at Whipple's facility in Fresno, California, this system reflects decades of Whipple supercharger development across both street and race applications.
The system retains the factory airbox layout with a supplied high-flow filter, which is the intake configuration supported by the Whipple calibration for this platform.
