GEN 6 3.0L WHIPPLE SUPERCHARGER KIT
The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit delivers a modern twin-screw upgrade for the 2015-2017 5.7L HEMI platform with strong street performance, proven Whipple hardware, and a 50-state legal calibration path. Built for customers who want serious airflow, strong torque, and repeatable performance from a fully engineered package, this system brings Whipple's latest large-displacement twin-screw design to the Dodge and Chrysler 5.7L platform.
At the center of the system is the Gen 6 3.0L Whipple twin-screw supercharger with an oversized Crusher™ 112mm inlet. On 93 octane, the system is rated for up to 570 HP and 545 lb-ft of torque, delivering strong low-end response and a broad, usable power curve. The larger Whipple compressor is backed by the airflow and inlet capacity needed to support real power without relying on the compromises of smaller factory-style packages.
Whipple's patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler system is a major part of what separates this package from typical positive displacement upgrades. The bar-and-plate intercooler layout is designed to control charge temperatures under load, helping support consistent performance and repeatable power. Combined with Whipple's Gen 6 airflow design, the result is a supercharger system built for both immediate torque and sustained performance.
This complete kit also includes the fuel and drive hardware needed to support the package properly. Billet fuel rails, Hellcat high-flow injectors, and a fuel pump voltage booster are included, along with a proven 6-rib belt system that uses an adjustable idler layout and allows quick 3-minute pulley changes. The included hardware is designed to give the 5.7L HEMI platform the supporting systems it needs to match the capability of the Whipple head unit.
For 2015 and newer applications, PCM unlock service is required before flashing, and the included HP Tuners RTD workflow is used for the Whipple calibration process. Whipple's RTD instructions also note that the files are locked to the supplied RTD tool and are intended for stock-engine applications only. That makes this a true Whipple-engineered package rather than a pieced-together supercharger swap.
