WHIPPLE GEN 6 3.0L SUPERCHARGER KIT

The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit for the 2023-2024 Ram 1500 5.7L E-Torque brings that same Whipple engineering to the modern Ram platform with a fully integrated package designed to deliver major rear-wheel horsepower gains while retaining E-Torque compatibility.
At the center of the system is the Whipple Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger with an integrated Crusher™ 109mm inlet. This larger inlet is designed to move substantially more air than smaller factory-style combinations while supporting strong throttle response, broad torque delivery, and the instant positive displacement power that defines a properly engineered Whipple system.
Cooling is a major part of the Whipple advantage. The system uses an oversized air-to-water intercooler with a massive bar-and-plate core, paired with a large heat exchanger and intercooler pump to help control air-charge temperatures and support more consistent power under load. Combined with Whipple's bypass strategy and Gen 6 rotor technology, the result is a system built for strong pump-gas performance with the repeatability expected from a premium Whipple kit.
The supporting hardware is just as important as the head unit. This package includes high-flow Hellcat fuel injectors, billet fuel rails, plug-and-play wiring, PCM unlock support, security gateway bypass support, and the required HP Tuners MPVI3 calibration workflow for GPEC5 PCM applications. The system is also engineered around the E-Torque platform with dedicated relocation and support hardware so the installation works as a complete Whipple package rather than a compromised workaround.
Whipple also designed this kit around complete-system performance and clean installation. The integrated Crusher™ 109mm inlet supports the stock throttle body through a supplied adapter, the air inlet system retains the factory airbox with a supplied high-flow filter, and the proven belt-drive strategy is engineered to support the added airflow and boost demands of the Gen 6 3.0L package. The finished installation is designed to look clean, fit properly, and deliver the kind of OE-style integration expected from Whipple.
