WHIPPLE GEN 6 3.0L SUPERCHARGER KIT
The Whipple Gen 6 3.0L Supercharger Kit brings serious twin-screw performance to the 2026 Ram 1500 5.7L E-Torque platform with the airflow, cooling capacity, calibration support, and complete-system engineering expected from Whipple. Built for customers who want major power gains from a fully engineered, emissions-legal package, this system delivers instant boost, strong mid-range torque, and repeatable 5.7L HEMI performance while supporting the E-Torque platform.
At the center of the package is Whipple's Gen 6 3.0L twin-screw supercharger system, designed around increased efficiency, instant positive displacement response, and strong power delivery across the RPM range. The system is engineered to deliver gains of up to 225 rear-wheel horsepower & 190 lb-ft of torque on 93 octane fuel over stock, giving the 2026 Ram 1500 5.7L E-Torque a major increase in power while maintaining a broad, usable torque curve.
Airflow is supported by a massive 112mm Crusher inlet and high-flow air induction system designed to reduce inlet restriction and feed the Gen 6 3.0L supercharger efficiently. The result is the throttle response, instant boost, and flat torque curve that define a properly engineered Whipple positive displacement system.
Cooling is a major part of the Whipple advantage. The kit includes an oversized air-to-water intercooler package, oversized dual-pass heat exchanger, and high-flow intercooler pump to help manage charge-air temperature and support consistent power under load. This cooling package is designed to give the 5.7L E-Torque platform the recovery and durability needed for real-world street, towing, and performance use.
The complete package includes the supporting hardware and calibration workflow needed to match the capability of the supercharger system. High-flow fuel injectors, billet fuel rails, HP Tuners flash tool support, PCM unlock support, security gateway support, plug-and-play wiring, and E-Torque-specific installation hardware are all part of the system.
